Zoom Out meets Christmas… jingle all the way!
Join us at Mercure London Earls Court in London at 6.30 pm on Tuesday 25th November 2025
What better way to spend a late November Tuesday evening than networking with travel professionals and journalists – all with a sprinkling of festive spirit?!
It’ll be beginning to look a lot like Christmas in London and we look forward to celebrating the most wonderful time of the year with you.
As well as a fun night spent with friends and colleagues, we will also hand out The Baubles to some deserving recipients.
We will have plenty of entertainment on the night, including Andy Jamieson, our roving magician, a photo area for you to make memories of the evening and our travel industry choir, The Baublés will be back to perform some Christmas classics!
Plus, we will be hoping to raise as much money as possible for our chosen charity, Christmas for CAMHS
We will also have Carmen Roberts and Jonathan Samuels hosting the awards!
So book your sleigh ride into town—we’ll deck the halls, provide the mistletoe and wine, and you can join us to hear who has won The Baubles this year!
Christmas for CAMHS
Each year, we raise money for a charity. The charity must have a Christmas link, and be connected to children.
At TravYule 2024, our Charity Champion was Yvette Caster, who was recognised for her work with Christmas for CAMHS, so we decided that charity should benefit this year.
This small charity brings festive joy to children and young people spending Christmas in CAMHS inpatient wards, at an incredibly difficult time. From gifts and decorations, to activities and messages of care, they make sure no young person feels forgotten at Christmas.
If you’re joining us at TravYule, you can help in two ways:
– Add a donation (£20 recommended) to your ticket purchase
– Choose a gift from the specially curated wish list to brighten someone’s Christmas (see below)

Travel professionals and journalists!
It doesn’t have quite the same ring about it, but it’s a Christmas event, and we need to get as many tenuous links in as possible.
TravYule is about celebrating everything the travel industry has achieved in the previous year. In normal TCG style, it’ll be lighthearted, filled with great people and a chance to enjoy some seasonal cheer in central London at the start of the festive season.
In addition to great networking, we’ll be hosting The Baubles to recognise some of the amazing contributors to our industry who often go unnoticed.
Who will be there?
This event is open to anyone from the travel industry, particularly travel media and PR professionals.
Whether you’ve attended Media Getaway, a Travel PR Association event, a previous TravYule or haven’t experienced a TCG event yet – you are most welcome to attend.
In advance of the event, you will be able to see who else is coming, so you can plan who to buy gifts for 😉
We haven’t confirmed yet if Santa Claus will be coming to town that night, so you’d better watch out!
How much does it cost?
It’ll be a Blue Christmas without you – so we’re making this event as affordable as possible.
Tickets are £180 with a discount available for Travel PR Association members.
Media pay £100 (but there is an option for that fee to be covered by a friendly PR!)
